Rental Policies

  • Front Desk Hours: Wednesday – Monday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Tuesdays Closed
  • Check-In Time: 4:00 PM ; Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
  • Check In Age: 21 Government issued ID is required to check in
  • Sorry, only service animals are permitted at the resort
  • All units are non-smoking
  • The full amount of your stay plus tax is due at time of booking
  • A security deposit of $150 is required to check in
  • 11.7% Local and State Tax
  • Visa and MasterCard accepted

Cancellation Policies

  • Please cancel 30 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund on your deposit
  • If you cancel 30-14 days prior to arrival you will forfeit 50% of the full amount of your stay plus tax
  • If you cancel 14-0 days prior to arrival you will forfeit the full amount of your stay plus tax

Minimum Stay Requirements

  • Off Season: 2 night minimum stay
