Rental Policies
- Front Desk Hours: Wednesday - Monday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Tuesdays Closed
- Check-In Time: 4:00 PM ; Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
- Check In Age: 21 Government issued ID is required to check in
- Sorry, only service animals are permitted at the resort
- All units are non-smoking
- The full amount of your stay plus tax is due at time of booking
- A security deposit of $150 is required to check in
- 11.7% Local and State Tax
- Visa and MasterCard accepted
Cancellation Policy
- Please cancel 30 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund on your deposit
- If you cancel 30-14 days prior to arrival you will forfeit 50% of the full amount of your stay plus tax
- If you cancel 14-0 days prior to arrival you will forfeit the full amount of your stay plus tax
Minimum Stay Requirements
- In Season: 7 night minimum stay
- Off Season: 2 night minimum stay
- Holidays: 3 night minimum stay
